Step 4: Install the Handlebar.

Connect the Upper Sensor Wire (21) and Pulse Sensor Wires (23) to
the Computer (26), and then place the Computer onto the bracket,
secure with the Screws (32) and Flat Washers (31) as Style1;
Or fit the Computer bracket (33) on to the Handlebar post (4), make
sure the Sensor Wires (21, 23) come through the bracket. Connect
them to the computer, and then insert the Computer on the bracket
as Style 2.
Feed Pulse Sensor Wires (23) through
hole in front of Handlebar Post (4), post
until it out of the top of the handlebar
post (4), secure in place with the
Spring Washers (14) and Locking Bolts
(9) which are pre-attached to the
Handlebar Post, and then clip the
Decorate Cover (24).
