Mise en service
1) Fermer la porte de l'unité en poussant la poignée en bas
2) Ouvrir le sectionneur de terre.
3) Fermer le sectionneur de ligne.
4) Retirer la clé (8 - fig. 12) de verrouillage au niveau du siège
de manœuvre du sectionneur de ligne et l'insérer au niveau
de la commande du disjoncteur
5) Fermer le disjoncteur.
Unités type P1E, WCB, WSB
• En cas d'exécution de manœuvres avec le disjonc-
!
teur débroché du tableau, faire tout particulière-
ment attention aux parties en mouvement.
• Le disjoncteur doit être embroché dans l'unité
seulement dans la position ouverte, et l'embrochage
ainsi que le débrochage doivent être graduels.
• Avant d'ouvrir le sectionneur de terre, s'assurer
d'avoir branché le connecteur du disjoncteur à la
prise des circuits auxiliaires du tableau.
• Avant d'ouvrir la porte vérifier toujours la position
des appareils à travers le hublot.
• En cas d'accouplement à d'autres unités et en
ayant l'exigence de verrouillages réciproques, le
client doit unir les clés avec un anneau soudé pour
garantir la sécurité des manœuvres.
• La procédure de mise en sécurité pour l'accessibilité
au compartiment câbles où arrive l'alimentation,
est laissée au soin de celui qui exploite l'installation
car elle dépend du schéma électrique réalisé.
6.4.4. Disjoncteurs type HD4/US ou VD4/US
Les unités P1/E, WCB, WSB sont équipées des appareils de
coupure suivants:
– Disjoncteur isolé dans le gaz SF6 de la série HD4-US;
– Disjoncteur sous vide de la série VD4-US.
Les appareillages, toujours dans la version extractible, sont
montés sur un chariot qui permet de réaliser les positions
suivantes par rapport au compartiment:
– EMBROCHÉ: circuits principaux et auxiliaires embrochés;
– SECTIONNÉ: partiellement sectionné avec les circuits
principaux débrochés et les circuits auxiliaires
embrochés (connecteur à fiche embroché);
totalement sectionné avec circuits principaux
et auxiliaires débrochés (connecteur à fiche
extrait);
– EXTRAIT:
circuit principaux et auxiliaires débrochés et
appareillages sorti du tableau.
Dans les positions d'embroché et sectionné les appareillages
restent dans le compartiment avec la porte fermée et leur position
est visible à travers le hublot d'inspection du tableau. La traverse
d'accrochage frontale permet la manœuvre d'embrochage/
sectionnement la porte étant fermée, au moyen du levier spécial
de manœuvre.
Les appareillages sont équipés de verrouillages, montés
sur la traverse frontale, à placer dans les encastrements
correspondants du compartiment.
Un verrouillage empêche l'avancement du chariot dans le
tableau, quand le sectionneur de terre est fermé, tandis qu'avec
le chariot en position intermédiaire entre sectionné et embroché,
un verrouillage empêche la fermeture du disjoncteur (tant
mécanique qu'électrique).

1) Close the unit door pushing the handle downwards

4) Remove the lock key (8 - fig. 12) at the line-side isolator
operating seat and insert it at the circuit-breaker operating
mechanism
5) Close the circuit-breaker.
P1E, WCB, WSB type Units
• When operations are carried out with the circuit-
!
breaker racked-out of the switchgear, be very
careful of the moving parts.
• The circuit-breaker must only be racked into the
unit in the open position and racking-in/out must
be done gradually.
• Before opening the earthing switch, make sure
the circuit-breaker connector is connected to the
socket of the switchgear auxiliary circuits.
• Before opening the door, always check the position
of the apparatus through the inspection window.
• In the case of coupling with other units and with
the requirement of reciprocal interlocks, it is up to
the customer to join the keys with a welded ring
to guarantee safety of the operations.
• The procedure for making the cable compartment,
where the power supply is headed, safe for access,
is up to the person running the plant since it de-
pends on the electric circuit diagram made.
6.4.4. HD4/US or VD4/US type circuit-breakers
The P1/E, WCB, WSB units are equipped with the following
breaking apparatus:
– HD4-US series SF6 gas circuit-breaker;
– VD4-US series vacuum circuit-breaker.
The apparatus - always in the withdrawable version, is mounted
on a truck which allows the following positions to be reached
in relation to the unit:
– CONNECTED: main and auxiliary circuits connected;
– ISOLATED:
partially isolated with main circuits discon-
nected and auxiliary circuits connected (plug
connector connected);
totally isolated with main and auxiliary circuits
disconnected, (plug connector removed);
– RACKED-OUT: main and auxiliary circuits disconnected and
the apparatus racked-out of the switchgear.
In the racked-in and isolated positions the apparatus remains in
the unit with the door close and its position can be seen through
the inspection window of the switchgear. The front hooking up
crosspiece allows the racking-in/isolation operation, with the a
door closed, by means of special operating lever.
The apparatus is fitted with special locks, placed on the front
crosspiece, which allow hooking up into the corresponding
fittings of the unit.
A lock prevents the truck from advancing into the switchgear
when the earthing switch is closed, whereas with the truck in
the intermediate position between isolated and racked-in, a
lock prevents circuit-breaker closing (both mechanical and
electrical).
