Hi-O Technology™ IO Interface 901-IO-20
The Hi-O Technology™ IO Interface 901-IO-20 has
up to eight digital inputs and eight output
relays with potential-free switchover con-
tacts.
The Hi-O Technology™ IO Interface 901-IO-20
is mounted on top-hat rails in accordance
with DIN EN 60715 TH35.
The wiring takes place via screw-type termi-
nals.
Hi-O Technology™ Bus
The Hi-O Technology™ bus
(Highly Intelligent Ope-
ning) is a bus for the con-
nection of electronic com-
ponents (devices) in door
systems. It is used for cont-
rolling a door in each case. The status moni-
toring and exchange of information bet-
ween the individual devices takes place via
CAN bus.
A central logic controller can be omitted, because each device has its own control unit. For escape route
technology applications, it is a closed system with permanently assigned bus addresses.
All devices are interconnected via four-core cables. Conventional devices can be connected via I/O boxes. In-
tegration into a building network (Ethernet) or the interaction of multiple doors takes places via a gateway
(e.g. an Ethernet gateway).
A Attention!
Property damage from connection with USB devices: The
connection socket on the housing cover is not a USB jack.
The device will be destroyed if a USB device is connected via a
standard USB cable A/B.
