1. SAFETY WARNINGS
ො This appliance is not intended for being used by children from 0 to 8
years old. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appli-
ance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance shall not be per-
formed by children.
ො For additional protection, the installation of a residual current de-
vice (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding
30mA is advisable in the electrical circuit. Ask your installer for ad-

ො Your oven has a grounding plug. It is essential to connect the oven
to a grounding plug socket.
ො Do not place your product over plastic surfaces or over devices such
as refrigerators or dishwashers as it may cause damage from the
heat generated by the oven while it is working.
ො When turning on your oven for the first time, an odor or slight
smoke will be generated from the heating and insulating elements
of the oven. This is normal, run the oven for 30 minutes to give the
materials time to adjust to normal operation and these inconve-
niences will disappear.
ො When you connect the power plug of your oven, while the oven is
not operating, the thermostat indicator may light slightly. This situ-
ation does not have a negative effect on the safety of the product.
ො Do not place the power cord of the oven so that it can touch hot
surfaces.
ො The power cord should be periodically examined for signs of dam-
age, and if the cord is damaged, the appliance should not be used.
ො Be careful not to get the oven wet. Do not attempt to use your oven
in a bathroom, outdoor environments, and areas carrying the risk
of water splashes. Never clean your oven with steam cleaners. The
electrical circuit can be damaged by moisture and cause electric
shock.
