around wheeltray
as shown below.
Release letting wire rest in
hole, and slot of wheeltray.
prEparE For LoadIng.
Tuck strap into slot at
rear of wheeltray.

• Insert cap screw
through washer, and
through holes on tube.
• Install second washer
and nyloc nut.
• Tighten using
supplied wrench, and
supplied hex wrench.
rEpEat For SECond FIXEd wHEEL tray.
Release
wheelstrap
by pressing
the lever on
the buckle.
Insert into
opening of tube.
Raise Mast.
pull knob.
