7 Preparing milk froth

Prerequisite: The appliance must be ready for operation.
• Make sure that the chrome-plated outer cover of the steam pipe is pushed
downwards (Fig. J, No. 1).

Fill the vessel with milk to one third maximum; when frothing the volume
of milk increases significantly.
