Basic operation
Select the insulation test voltage with the rotary switch

Connect test leads and check for external voltages.
If the external voltage is greater than 10% of the test voltage, it is not
possible to make an insulation test for safety reasons
Press the
key until the displayed insulation resistance value is stable.
Pressing the START button for more than 10 seconds enables continuous
insulation resistance measurement
ACTIVE
Attention: The
annunciators indicate that the instrument is outputting
dangerous high voltages
