3. Whenever either user A or B presses the PTT
button to reply back, they are talking privately to
each other. (Radio plays a distinctive Private
TPT). Nobody else can hears them.

4a. If any of the radio users takes too long to push
the PTT button and reply back, (the default
"Private Hang Time" is 10 seconds), the radio
times out and ends the private communication
with voice prompt "Private Over" on both radio
A and B. The TOP Button LED indicator goes
OFF.
