The field bus node type CPX−FB32 has been designed
exclusively for the use of the CPX terminal as a slave on
the EtherNet/IP field bus.
The maximum values specified in the section Technical
specifications" must be observed here. Detailed informa
tion can be found in the manual for the field bus node
P.BE−CPX−FB32−... as well as in the CPX system manual
P.BE−CPX−SYS−...
Warning
S Switch off the power supply before connecting or
disconnecting plugs (otherwise this could lead to
functional damage).
S Use only power units which guarantee reliable
electrical isolation of the operating voltage as per
IEC/DIN EN 60204−1. Observe also the general
requirements for PELV power circuits as per IEC/DIN
EN 60204−1.
S Connect an earth conductor of sufficient cross−sec
tional area to the connection on the CPX terminal
marked with the earth symbol.
S The CPX field bus node contains electrostatically
sensitive components. Do not therefore touch any
contacts. Observe the regulations for handling
electrostatically sensitive components.
Please note
Commission only a CPX terminal which has been fitted
and wired completely.
