8.1.2 First filling with hydraulic oil
When filling the hydraulic system, identify already
filled cylinders (with the sticker "first filling" on the sys-
tem) and unfilled cylinders (no sticker on the system).
Lifts with this sticker already have hydraulic oil in the
hydraulic cylinders.
First filling with sticker
Required oil volume: 7 litres (HLP 32).
Lifts with this sticker already have hydraulic oil in the
hydraulic cylinders.
• After setting up the electrical connection to the
lift, the hydraulic system can be filled.
• Unscrew the oil filling opening.
• Fill hydraulic oil (HLP 32). 7 litres of HLP 32 are re-
quired
• Raise the lift approx. 1 m by pushing the lift button.
The lift rails can be lifted at different times!
• Plug in the lifting arm bolts and provide with safety
rings.
• Push the lift button and raise the lift to its upper-
most end position.
• Push and hold the lift button for another 60 sec-
onds so air can escape from the system and the
overflow procedure equalises the lifting rails to
each other.
For first commissioning, it is normal to have a dif-
!
ferent start up and a large "shaking" in the up-
permost position. Air trapped in the system must
be completely removed first.
• Afterwards lower the lift to its lowest position. Push
and hold the button until the lifting arms are com-
pletely lowered.
The oil level (in the lowest lift po-
!
sition) should be within the min./
max display in the oil tank.
• After commissioning, the sticker (first filling) can be
removed.

First filling without sticker
Required oil volume (HLP 32) for system, hoses and
cylinders. 11.5 litres HLP 32
• After setting up the electrical connection to the
lift, the hydraulic system can be filled.
• Loosen and remove the unit cover.
• Unscrew the oil filling opening.
• Fill hydraulic oil (HLP 32). 7 litres HLP 32
• Raise the lift approx. 1 m by pushing the lift button.
The lift rails can be lifted at different times!
• Hang in the lifting arms and provide with safety
rings.
• Push the lift button and raise the lift to its upper-
most end position.
• Fill the tank with hydraulic oil HLP 32. About 4.5
litres are still needed
• Push and hold the lift button for another 60 sec-
onds so air can escape from the system and the
overflow procedure equalises the lifting rails to
each other.
For first commissioning, it is normal to have a dif-
!
ferent start up and a large "shaking" in the up-
permost position. Air trapped in the system must
be completely removed first.
• Afterwards lower the lift to its lowest position. Push
and hold the lift button until the lifting arms are
completely lowered.
The oil level (in the lowest lift position) should be
!
within the min./max. display in the oil tank (see
photo above).

Setting and checking the latch
The plug for the latch must be connected so it is po-
sitioned above the welded bracket in the column
(see Figure: Connecting the latch)
Should the plug not be connected and positioned
as above, there is a danger that the plug will collide
with the lifting rails.
To check the function of the latch, push the "Lower
into the latch" button. The lift must then lower into
the latches.

1 Button for set down in the latch
This check must be done after the lift is installed be-
fore it is used for the first time.
After the latch is connected it must be tested!
