7.1 Maintenance plan
i Before beginning service, disconnect from power. The work area around the lift is to be secured against
unauthorised use.

Oil Lubricate
Model and information signs, labels, brief operating instructions,
safety stickers and warning information are to be cleaned and ex-
changed if damaged.
Check the lifting arm block and gear for wear. Exchange if there is
visible damage.
Lifting arm booms, lifting arm bolts, carrier plate threaded bolts are
to be checked for ease of running. If required, lightly grease with
multi-purpose grease. Do not over-lubricate.
Check the foot bumper for condition and function. Exchange if dam-
aged.
The rubber acceptance plate is to be checked for wear and replaced
if necessary.
Check the tracks and the lift rail equalization parts for wear. After
cleaning, grease with multi-purpose grease. We exclusively recom-
mend that MO-2 high performance lubricating grease is used. (avail-
able for purchase directly from Oest).
