Installation
Preparation for installation of HSBC 3-HKM
The following components are prefitted on the HSBC side at the
pump assembly installation site:

10 Insulation plugs
11 Profiles for 3-way mixer
12 Insulation mat, closed
13 Adaptor with dummy cap screwed on
f Remove the insulation plugs. f
f Remove the closed insulation mat and profiles for the 3-way f
mixer and the heating circuit pump.
f Counterhold and unscrew the dummy caps from the f
adaptors.

HSBC 3-HKM installation
f Move the 3-way mixer with servomotor to the correct instal- f
lation position.

7 Insulation mat for 3-way mixer
8 Insulation mat for 3-way mixer and heating circuit pump
10 Profiles for 3-way mixer
f Insert the pipe assembly. f
f Insert the flat gaskets into the union nuts for the connection f
pipes.
f Counterhold and secure the union nuts to the adaptors. f
f Install the profiles on the HSBC side for the 3-way mixer and f
the insulation mats on the HKM side for the 3-way mixer and
the heating circuit pump.
f Slide the pipe insulation over the connection pipe connectors f
from above.
