EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Exclusions not covered by this limited warranty: damage to products caused
by accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation,
improper storage, water, liquid or gas of any kind, operation in a marine
application, operation with improper loads or conditions, modifications
contrary to published specifications, accessories not supplied by Energizer
Generators, repairs made during the warranty period without first obtaining
a case number from Energizer Generators, or use for anything other than the
intended use as outlined by Energizer Generators.
