our products are subjected to a strict quality
control. Should this appliance, in spite, not
operate perfectly, we regret this very much,
and request you to contact our service ad-
dress listed on the guarantee card. We are
readily available to answer any of your en-
quiries under our service hotline telephone
number stated on the guarantee card. For
to assert warranty claims – without your le-
gal rights being restricted thereby – the fol-
lowing conditions apply:
1 Warranty claims can only be raised
within a period of max. 3 years, calcu-
lated from the date of purchase. Our
guarantee provision is restricted to the
removal of material and production er-
rors, or the exchange of the appliance.
Our guarantee provision is free of
charge for you.
2 Warranty claims have to be immediate-
ly raised respectively following the ob-
taining of knowledge. The assertion of
warranty claims after the period of the
guarantee has expired is ruled out, un-
less the warranty claims are raised
within a time-limit of 2 weeks following
the expiry of the period of the guaran-
tee.
3 Please send postage paid the defective
appliance to the service address, en-
closing the guarantee card and the
sales slip. If the defect falls within the
scope of our guarantee provision, you
shall receive a repaired or new appli-
ance: No new period of guarantee com-
mences with the repair and exchange of
the appliance. The determining factor
remains the period of guarantee of 3
years from the date of purchase. This
applies also in the case of the employ-
ment of an on-site service.

Warranty

Please observe that our guarantee extin-
guishes in the cases of misuse or improper
use, non-observance of the safety precau-
tions applying for the appliance, applica-
tions of force or interventions which were
not performed by the service address au-
thorised by us.
Defects to the appliance or damages which
are not (or not anymore) covered by the
scope of warranty, through which the guar-
antee extinguishes, are remedied by us
against a reimbursement of costs. Please
send the appliance for this to our service
address.
