POWERCELL PDX Board Jumper
The PDX board has several jumpers. The W6 jumper is used to set in the PDX
network's terminating resistor on the IND780. Figure 2-82 shows the jumpers'
locations and settings. Table 2-11 describes the purpose of each setting.

Description
When 14 or fewer load cells are connected, internal power
(12V) can be used, and the jumper should close pins 1
and 2.
When more than 14 load cells are used, external power is
necessary and the jumper should close pins 2 and 3.

Description
Always set to off in normal operation (factory use).

Set this jumper on to install a PDX network terminating
resistor. Should be on in normal operation.
Remove this jumper if a network terminating resistor is not
to be installed in the terminal.
