▷ Provide for casting channels to the most massive modelling areas.
Investment
▷ Process phosphate-bonded model-cast investment material accord-
ing to manufacturer's specifications.
Preheating
▷ Expel wax.
▷ Select heating rate according to specifications for processing of the
investment materials.
▷ Select the dwell time at final temperature depending on the size of
the investment ring. The final temperature is 980 – 1050 °C.
Casting
Girocrom FH can be cast in all dental casting systems suitable for non-
ferrous metal alloys.

When the melting pots are preheated in the furnace, the melt-
ing process can be shortened.
▷ Do not use melting pots for other alloys.
▷ Do not overheat alloy.
▷ Only cast new metal to ensure alloy properties and for
clear batch traceability.
