Installing the transport handle
 Screw transport handle to sawhead.
Make sure the lug in the handle fits
into the recess (50) on the saw-
head.

Installing the table extension
1. Take right and left table extensions
out of the transport packaging.
2. Unscrew screws (53) on guide rails
of right and left table extensions.
3. Slide guide rails of table extensions
all the way into the brackets (right
table extension shown below).

Note:
Make sure the stock stop (51) on the
table extension can be swung up as il-
lustrated.

4. Lift saw at its front legs, tilt carefully
to the rear and put it down on its
back so that it cannot tip over.

5. Screw screws (53) back into the
guide rails.
6. Hold saw by its front leg, tilt careful-
ly forward and put it down.
7. Set the desired table width and stop
the table extension with the stop le-
ver (52).
Installation
For safe working the machine must be
securely fastened to a sturdy support.
– This support may be a firmly at-
tached plywood sheet or a work
bench.
– The ideal height of the base is
800 mm.
– The saw must stand securely, even
when cutting larger workpieces.
– Long workpieces must additionally
be supported using suitable acces-
sories.

Note:
For mobile use the machine can be
screw fastened to a plywood sheet or
wood core plywood sheet (500 mm x
500 mm, thickness 19 mm minimum).
When using the machine the sheet
must be attached to a work bench with
G-clamps.
1. Firmly bolt machine to the support.
2. Release transport lock:
Press sawhead down lightly and
hold.
Pull transport locking pin (55) out of
deep groove (54), rotate 90° and
engage with flat groove (56).

3. Let the sawhead swing up slowly.
4. Keep the packaging materials for
later use or discard in an environ-
metally-oriented manner.
Transport
1. Deactivate cutting depth limiter (57)
if necessary.

2. Swing sawhead down and engage
transport locking pin (55) with deep-
er groove (56).
3. Dismount all add-on parts projecting
from the machine.
4. Lift machine by the carrying handle.
