IF THERE IS A FLASHBACK
Dust or insects may block the passage of gas inside the burners. If necessary, make sure that all of the
•
control knobs are in the "
" (off) position and that the gas cylinder is closed. Then, rub the ends and
surface of the burners with a soft and supple brush as shown in the figure below:

Check the condition of the burners regularly. In
case of damage (hole, crack, etc.), switch off the
appliance immediately. Do not attempt to repair
the appliance yourself; contact your retail store's
customer service department.
Burner Venturi
Grease trap drawer
The grease trap drawer must be cleaned after each use. Otherwise, the accumulated grease may
ignite:
1.
Carefully remove the drawer from the back of the
appliance.
2.
Use a wooden or plastic scraper to remove large pieces of
food residue from the drawer.
3.
Clean the drawer with a soft sponge and warm soapy
water.
4.
Rinse it and let it dry completely before putting it back on
the barbecue.

Burner
A fire may occur here if the
burner or burner venturi is
blocked, disrupting the correct
flow of gas inside the burner.

Body and side shelves
The body of the appliance should be regularly cleaned depending on how frequently the barbecue is
used and food is cooked:
1.
Remove the grills and burners.
2.
Clean the body of the appliance with a soft, slightly damp cloth and washing-up liquid. Be careful
not to immerse the gas knobs in water.
3.
Rinse and let dry completely.
4.
Check the ignition of the barbecue after reinstalling all of the components in the body of the
appliance.
Storage
Do not transport the appliance and the gas cylinder at the same time, but proceed as follows:
1.
Switch off the gas supply to the cylinder
2.
Unscrew the regulator from the cylinder and then from the flexible hose, then unscrew the flexible
hose from the appliance.
3.
Store it in a dry place, away from moisture and out of the reach of children.
4.
The closed gas cylinder can be stored under the barbecue.
5.
Do not place a load greater than 40 kg under the barbecue.
6.
Protect your barbecue with a cover (not included) and keep it away from rain and moisture. Proper
care and maintenance will keep your barbecue in perfect working order and extend its life.
After a period of prolonged disuse
At the beginning of each barbecue season or after a long period of disuse:

Read the operating instructions carefully again,
•
Check all of the gas valves, burner tubes and fittings for any obstructions,
•
Check that the burners are properly positioned,
•
Check that the gas cylinder is completely full,
•
•
Put all of the burner control knobs in the "

Check for possible gas leaks using a solution of water and washing-up liquid. Refer to the "Gas
cylinder connection - Leak test" section.

Make sure all grills are clean before use.
