Secure the grease trap holder (36) under the grease trap drawer (29) with 4 screws (H). From the
back of the appliance, install the grease trap drawer (29) under the barbecue appliance. Place the
grease trap (35) in its holder.
Attach the keep warm rack (30) to the shield (12), and insert the buttons (15) on the front of the
barbecue.
The barbecue is now assembled. Lock the multidirectional wheels to immobilise it and then refer to the
"Gas cylinder connection" section before using it.

This barbecue is intended to be used outdoors and in a well-ventilated area only.
•
Your appliance is designed to be used with propane or liquefied butane gas in bottles.
•
To use your barbecue, you must obtain:
- 1 bottle of propane or butane gas,
- 1 flexible gas hose (not supplied) (see page 56),
- 1 regulator adapted to the type of gas you use (not supplied).
Suitable installation location
•
Place the appliance on a stable, robust and non-flammable surface at the safety distances shown
in the figure below. A minimum safety distance of 1 metre must be maintained around and above
the appliance.
•
WARNING! The gas cylinder must be placed on the floor (next to the barbecue) while the appliance
is in use. It is necessary to keep a certain distance between the gas cylinder and the burners during
use. Do not put the gas cylinder in the storage box during use.
•
The storage box is only intended to store the closed gas cylinder when the appliance is not in use.
