HOT WATER PREPARATION
- Place a pot under the hot water nozzle.
- Slowly rotate the tap knob (Fig.8.03) anticlockwise to dispense the
hot water.
- After obtaining the desired quantity, take the tap knob back
(Fig.8.03) to the initial position by rotating it clockwise.
Then remove the pot.
8.2
CAPPUCCINO PREPARATION
- Prepare the espresso coffee in big cups by proceeding as described
above.
- Take a pot half filled with cold milk and place it under the steam
rod (Fig.8.04).
- Slowly rotate the tap knob (Fig.8.04) anticlockwise to let the steam
out.
iMPORTANT: The steam pressure will increase as the knob
rotates.
- Rotate the pot, with a circular movement, paying attention that the
steam nozzle end is not constantly immersed in the milk and " do
not let milk boil" (fig.8.04).
- Once the desired emulsion has been obtained, rotate the steam
knob clockwise and remove the pot.
- Pour the emulsified milk into the coffee. Garnish with cinnamon,
cocoa, nutmeg.
Serve.
