Operations
5.4.5
This chapter describes how the machine can be
used alternatively by more then one Operator.
The machine has a memory for saving the wheel data
set by one or more operators, for several types of
wheels. This technology makes the equipment more
versatile, as well as speeding up work by the
operator(s). For each operator/data set a different in-
dex can be displayed.
For the ACCU 1420 model four operator indices are
available (A, b, c, d).
You can switch to a different operator index at any
time, and the machine always saves the data relative
to the indices previously saved.
- Operation.
• Press ALU and F simultaneously until "OPE" ap-
pears together with a letter relating to the first op-
erator index (A, b...). After a short time the Offset
and diameter data previously set appears again.
You can now perform two operations:
1. Save the current data.
2. Retrieve a previous data set.
To save the data currently on the display:
• Select the operator index to which the new data
will be assigned. To do this press the FINE key.
Each time you press the key you move to the next
index, in a continuous cycle (A, b...).
• Hold down the FINE key. The display flashes the
"SA" message, together with the selected operator
index. "OPE", the operator index and a single acous-
tic signal indicate that the save is complete.
To retrieve a previous data set:
• Press the F key and hold it down for around three
seconds. The text "Ld" and the operator index flash.
"OPE", the operator index and a double acoustic
signal indicate that the data set has been retrieved.
To exit the Multi Operator function, press F.
