Before first use

Before connecting the appliance to the mains

outlet for the first time, leave the appliance standing
upright for two hours if it has been transported in
a vertical position, or 24 hours if the appliance
has been transported in a horizontal position. This
will allow the refrigerant gas to flow back down
into the compressor. Failure to complete this step
could damage the compressor.
