DT 880 HT headphone with head tracker

Head tracker
• On top of the headband, the DT 880 HT provides the
head tracker containing the ultrasonic transmitters.
Reset button
• If you would like to reset the head tracker settings
when defining a new "front" position, press the reset
button on the rear of the head tracker for about
2 seconds. During this time, do not move your head.
Also make sure not to obscure the ultrasonic transmit-
ters with your arm or hand. The reset covers an area
between ±30° from the central axis; outside this area
the reset does not work.
Volume control
• The connecting cable provides an integrated volume
control to reduce the headphone volume without
having to use the control of the HBC 1 base station.
Before listening we recommend setting the volume
control of the connecting cable to the centre position
and then setting a comfortable volume with the
volume control of the HBC 1 base station. Then you
have enough room to increase or reduce the volume
with the volume control of the cable.
Connection
• The DT 880 HT provides a gold-plated 1/4" stereo jack
plug (6.35 mm).
The DT 880 HT can also be used as a normal stereo
headphone.
