6. Initial use

• Place the device on a flat, secure, even and water-resistant
surface or table. Under no circumstances should you hold the
device in your hand during operation.
Important
• Only operate the device with distilled water! Do not use tap
water, as this can cause the build-up of limescale in the device
and impair its functionality and service life. Do not use any oils,
herbs or other flavouring agents instead of water.
• Fill the supplied measuring jug with distilled water.
• Remove the tank and open the screwed plug.
• Using the measuring jug, pour the distilled water slowly and
carefully into the water tank until it at least reaches the "min"
level but no further than the "max" mark.When filled to the
maximum level, the amount of water is sufficient for a treatment
lasting approximately 15 minutes. Close the water tank securely
with the screwed plug.
