hints to avoid damages. Any failure caused by ignoring the mentioned items and cautions mentioned in the
instruction manual are not covered by our warranty and any liability.

Setting Up The Device
The device must be positioned on a stable, secure and horizontal support structure prior to use. A full vessel
containers boiling hot beer wort and can weigh up to 40kg. Horizontal positioning is a prerequisite for transfer
pumping during the brewing process. Avoid an unsteady base. Most Suitable are a stable wooden box or a table
that is not too high. The GUTEN may not be moved during the brewing process. The handles are only meant
for transporting the device in an empty state. It is imperative to keep children and frail persons away the device
while it is operation.

First clean all the parts of your brewing equipment, it is very important for brewing and get the good beer.

Put the false bottom into grain tun, then put the grain basket into grain tun.

Fill water inside the machine, and adjust the mashing temperature, power and timer according different
beer recipe.

When the mashing temperature is reached. Add the malt until it cover the mash water and stir it gently.

Circulation is necessary during mashing (but not for boiling)
