Using stopwatch

To access the stopwatch:
• In the Home menu, press + or – to select
StopWatch and press
StopWatch
For single lap timing:
1. Press to start the stopwatch.

2. Press to pause the stopwatch and again to
resume timing.
3. Press – to reset the stopwatch when it is
stopped.
For multiple lap timing:
1. Press to start the stopwatch.
2. Press + at the start of the second, third lap and
so on (maximum 99 laps).

3. Press to stop the stopwatch when all laps are
finished.
4. Press or to review all the lap times.
5. Press – to clear all lap times and reset the
stopwatch.
While the stopwatch is counting, you can
still access the Home menu and Now
Playing screen by pressing

to show the stopwatch.

1. Press MENU to display the Home menu.
2. Press + or – to select Fitness and press
enter the fitness menu.
