3. Sort and assemble the poles.
4. Insert cross pole into the pins on the right and left of the entrance and
then tense the pole (A).
5. Attach the tent hook in the top of the tent onto the pole connector and
insert the end of the ridge pole into the grommet above the entry, atta-
ching it with the clip in front of it. NOTE: The finger loops are not intended
for staking out the tent. (b) (C)
6. Insert the end of the ridgepole into the grommet at the foot of the tent
and attach the remaining pole clips. (D)
7. Stake out the pins at the foot of the tent.
8. Stake out the tent and use guylines to stake out the vestibule (use storm
anchors if necessary).
9. Ensure that the tent has sufficient airflow. Use the zip at the vestibule to let
air enter the tent without rain entering. (E)
TAkE Down – gEnERAL inSTRUCTionS:
• Remove everything from the tent's interior.
• Freestanding tents can be gently shaken out to remove leaves, sand, and
other debris.
• Turn the tent over with floor facing upward and allow it to dry a bit longer.
• If it's not possible to dry the tent completely before packing it, this should
be done within 12 hours to prevent the risk of mold and mildew growth.
• As in the tent set up, never pull the poles out of the pole sleeves; rather
push them through.
• When storing a tent in its stuff sack, make sure that stakes and poles don't
press against the tent fabric and damage it.
• Before taking down your tent, close all zips and roll up the guy lines. That
way you won't have to untangle them when it comes time to set the tent
up again, and pitching is that much easier.
TAkE Down
1. Remove the ridgepole above the entry. Unclip the pole clips.
2. Poles - loosen footings and let the tent collapse.
3. Collect the poles and roll them together with the tarp. Don't pack the tent
first and then force in the poles!
