4.12- Hydraulic unit

If there is not a pressure limiter on the hydraulic power unit, you need to install one set with a
max pressure of 140 bars. It will guaranty to avoid too much pressure in the motorized unit.
If the flow of the hydraulic unit is not clearly specified, you already need to install a flow
limiter. That flow limiter has to prevent a flow above 20L/mn. The recommended continuous
flow is 16L/mn.
The motorised unit is normally irreversible. The supply circuit doesn't need to be locked when
the furler is not in rotation.
In order to put the safety square of the handle for example, you need to have a "by-pass"
valve between the two flexibles, or the distributor of the hydraulic unit which control your
furler has to be "open-centre" type.
