terminals P and K of a Focus internal unit: the black wire to terminal P and the black-white
wire to terminal R or K. The relay can control a door opener. The blue-white wire of the relay
is connected to the door lock. The blue wire of the relay is connected to the power supply
module via the door lock terminal, eg. via terminal 16 of POWER SUPPLY 20 (10-801). The
door lock itself is connected to the other terminal for the door lock via a wire, eg. terminal
18 of POWER SUPPLY 20 (10-801): fig.2. This is a potentialfree relay with the following
specifications: 2A (24V DC, only SELV).
Attention: terminal P of the external unit must also be connected to terminal P of the power
supply module (see manual power supply module).

2.3. OPERATION AND USE
If relay 10-835 is connected correctly, it can immediately be used to eg. control a lock. A
press on the door open key (in case Relay 1 is connected to the external unit: fig.2) or on the
first function key (in case Relay 1 is connected to the internal unit: fig.3) of the internal unit
is sufficient. The door open key does not require programming.
