Patek Philippe's World Time watches have a classic
Calatrava-style case in 18K yellow, rose or white
gold or in platinum, depending on the model. Their
diameter of 39.5 mm (36 mm for ladies' models)
assures excellent legibility, yet for watches with so
many functions, they are remarkably thin. The dial
design is unmistakably inspired by the first World
Time watches dating back to the 1930s. The center
is decorated with a guilloched or cloisonné enamel
pattern. The men's models feature a ring-shaped
hour hand reminiscent of historic Patek Philippe
World Time watch designs; its form is reserved
