Starting up operation

Before starting up operation, both the intended pur-
pose of use and the safety instructions and techni-
cal data are to be observed!

Connection

• Make sure before connection that the change-over switch (7) is
set correctly for the input voltage. Use a suitable screwdriver to
switch it over:
230V~ in Germany and most other European countries or
115V~ in some other countries (non-European).
• Connect the optional earthing mains cable to the mains connec-
tion jack (6) on the device. Make sure it is plugged properly.
• Connect the power cable to a shockproof mains socket with pro-
tective grounding. The series transformer is now in operation.
Observe the signal displays on the front.
