i Hold a sensor together with the holder to the trolley to
determine the position at which the sensor holder is to be
mounted at the trolley.
Please, note that there are two „right" and two „left" axle
sensors.
Before drilling the holes make sure that the inner side of
the monitor cabinet is free !
Again check the position of the complete axle sensor.
i Remove all devices (PC, printer, monitor) from the cabinet
before drilling the holes.
Drill holes for the four sensor heads in accordance with the hole
pattern on the trolley.
If the sensor holders are not to be mounted to the
monitor cabinet they must be installed at another appro-
priate place at the site as the sensor holder is required
as charging station for the axle sensor. In this case, the
loading cables (NYY 2 x 1,0mm2) from the electric sheet
to the sensor holder must be extended by a qualified
electrician.

6) Fixing the sensor holder to the monitor cabinet
First attach the grommet Ø 21mm to the hole, route the
loading cables through the hole and connect them to the
loading contact (at sensor holder).
Observe voltage +/- (cable 1 = +, cable 2 = -).
Make sure that the correct loading cabel is run to the correct
sensor holder.
Then, fix the sensor holders to the monitor cabinet with 4 nuts M5
and washers 5.5 each.
