Assembly:

Before carrying out works in or at the control cabinet of
the NTS 5xx test line, the latter must be disconnected
from power, the main switch must be switched off (pull
main plug) and be secured against being switched on
again.
1) Mounting the fastening angle
Screw on the fastening angle 1 987 009 AH1N to the side
of the electric sheet using the enclosed 4 screws M6 x14 and
4 nuts as well as 16 washers 6.6. Secure the screws with
Loctite.
Please, note: Place 2 washers between electric sheet and
fastening angle as distance holder.
2) Installing the electric sheet in the control cabinet
Place the electric sheet in the control cabinet together with
the fastening angles and mark the drill holes (6 mm) on the
electric sheet of the NTS. Remove the electric sheet of the
WA and drill both holes.
Make sure that you do not drill below the top-hat rail at
the front side.
Then, fix the WA 020 electric sheet at the rear using the 2
screws M5 x10, 4 washers 5.5 and 4 nuts M5.
Do not yet connect the COM and USB cable of the
electric sheet to the PC. Just connect the mains plug.

3) Radio receiver box
Route the cable of the radio receiver box through the floor
hole of the monitor cabinet to a side wall below. Fix the radio
receiver box to a side wall (e.g. with double-sided adhesive
tape). Make sure that the plug is correctly reconnected to the
radio receiver box.
4) Mounting sensor holder retaining pin and loading con-
tact to the sensor holder
Fix the sensor retaining pin using screw 1 x M8 x 20 and
washer 9 as well as the loading contact with 4 x M6 screws
and washer 6.2.
5) Fixing the sensor holders to the side of the monitor
cabinet
Before attaching the sensor holders to the trolley it must be
checked to what extent the axle sensor may protrude to the
rear.
