ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Insert the free upper end of the main part (1)into the cross connection of the support leg (2).
Fasten the two parts in the first hole of the cross connection using screw (10), washer (12) and fastening
nut (11). The main part should still be adjustable. Insert the security cotter pin into the other hole where
the support leg and main part cross.
For intermediate storage you may remove the cotter pin, pull out the main part from the cross connection
slightly and fold the equipment to save storage space.
Step 2
Insert the rear support leg (3) from below into the support leg (2). Use the screw that is fastened to the
short cross bar and put through both parts from the outside and in the desired level. Then fasten with the
adjusting knob (8).
Step 3
Insert the long cross bar (6) into the support leg (2) from the outside.
Depending on the users' workout level and body height one of the three top holes of the support leg
should be used.
Fasten the cross bar with the adjusting knob (8).
Step 4
Insert the second long cross bar (6) into the mounting plate under the seat.
To do this the padding at one end of the cross bar needs to be removed.
Fasten the bar in the middle with the fastening knob (13). Replace the padding on the bar afterwards.
