• Plug the appliance to the mains, following carefully the previous instructions.
• Place the food to be sliced on the carriage (2) and let it rest on the slicing support (3).
• Adjust the slicing thickness as desired by turning the thickness knob (6).
• Place a plate at the rear of the appliance, to collect the sliced food.
• Maintain the food with the pusher and switch on the appliance (5).
• Move the carriage backwards and forwards smoothly, without pressing the food too hard
against the slicing support (3).
• Check the thickness of the first slice, then repeat the movement backward and forward to
continue slicing.
• Turn off (5) and unplug the appliance. Wait for the engine to be completely stopped.
• Set the thickness on 0.
• Wipe the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
Caution: the blade is dimantable only by authorized qualified people. Do not try to dismantle the
blade by yourself.
