I
Changing the operating mode: The following function description and
programming instructions only apply to devices that are operated as independent
individual devices.
If the device is operated on the TS bus, its function depends on the programming
of the bus control centre.
General functional sequence
The device is used to restrict the use of a door to persons who know one
of the numerical codes for opening.
If the code is entered on the keypad of the door code device, the electric strike
is actuated so that the door can be opened. The duration of actuation (release
time) can be set. The door that subsequently falls into the lock is locked again.
Programmable codes
The device can manage a maximum of four different codes valid at the same time.
Three of these codes – the "User Codes" - can be deleted at any time, while the
code referred to below as the "Main Code" can only be overwritten. The main
code also differs from the user codes in that it alone is authorised to initiate
or cancel permanent unlocking. All codes can be two to six digits long.
