8. Remove O-ring (Item 7) from Gland Nut (Item 6).
9. Unscrew Foot Valve Body (Item 23) from Pump Tube
(Item 20).
10.Remove Retaining Pin (Item 24) and Check Ball
(Item 21) from Foot Valve Body (Item 23).
11. Remove O-ring (Item 22) from Foot Valve Body (Item 23).
12.Unscrew Pump Tube (Item 20) from Outlet Body
(Item 12).
13.Remove O-ring (Item 19) from Outlet Body (Item 12).
Problem
Pump does not operate.
Erratic or accelerated operation.
Pump is operating but not dispensing Inlet Check (Items 21 and 23) is not
material.

14.Unscrew Outlet Body (Item 18) from Outlet Body
(Item 12).
15.Remove Ball Stop (Item 17) from Outlet Body (Item 18).
16.Remove Spring (Item 16), Check Ball (Item 15), Gasket
(Item 13), Check Seat (Item 14) and Gasket (Item 13)
from Outlet Body (Item 12).
17.Unscrew Pipe Plug (Item 11) from Outlet Body (Item 12).
18.To re-assemble pump tube, reverse disassembly
procedure. Refer to exploded view for torque specifica-
tions.
