Operating instructions:
· Remove the protective film from the
LC display.
· Insert the battery supplied in the
package
replacement).
· Remove the protection cap and
clean the sensor with a damp cloth
before first use.
· Press the ON/OFF key to turn the
thermometer on. The LCD will display
the current ambient temperature. To
display the temperature in Fahren-
heit, please open the battery
compartment and slide the °C/°F
select switch to °F.
· Insert the probe at least 2 cm into the
food stuff being measured. The
figure is correct, once the LC display
is consistent which takes approx.
4 - 10 seconds.
· For measuring the temperatures
during roasting and baking you
open the oven, pull out the food and

· Press the ON/OFF key again to
switch off the thermometer. The
selected measuring unit will remain
unchanged after switching off. The

automatically if there is no operation
within 15 minutes.
· Clean the probe after use and put
the protection cap on.
Battery replacement:
· Open the battery compartment.
· Replace 1 LR44 (L1154, AG13)
button cell according to the polarity.
· Close the battery compartment.

collection points.
