Safety instructions
1. If this device is given to other persons, ensure that these operating
instructions are also handed over.
2. We accept no responsibility for any damages that occur due to
improper use or incorrect handling. This device is only
intended for household use. Do not operate this appliance out-
side.
3. Please first check whether the type of current and supply voltage
match the information on the data plate.
4. Do not touch either the motor housing, the power plug or the power
cord with wet or damp hands.
5. Only connect the device to a properly installed power socket. Do
not use any multiple socket that is already being used to run other
appliances. The plug and cord must be dry.
6. Never operate the hand blender unsupervised and use it for the
intended purpose only to shred and mix food in normal household
quantities.
7. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in
a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children.
8. Children shall not play with the device.
9. Never operate this device with an external timer or a separate
remote control system.
10. Attention! The knives are sharp. Do not touch them as long as the
appliance is connected to the power outlet.
11. Make sure that loose clothing or long hair does not become caught
in the turning blades. There is a danger of injury!
