KT20 detection
●
The KT-20 configuration and download interface
is accessible from the main menu or from the KT-
20 icon.The application searches for the different
KT-20 types. The search starts with the default
communication port and, if necessary, browses
the other communication ports to find the
appropriate communication adaptor for the KT-20
loggers. If a KT-20 button is detected by the
application, a specific window will be displayed
by the application.
The software allows you to configure and
download recordings from KT-20 G / L / T
loggers.

vary according to the KISTOCK type.
KT-20 status window
●
This window displays the current state of the
logger and allows the operator to stop the
recording in progress or to download it.
The window title is the name of the logger type

The status bar indicates the adapter type and

the logger type found. Two specific Windows
"radio-buttons" allows
temperature unit.

The global organisation of the KT-20 status window
is similar from the other KISTOCK one. In this
window, you may find data regarding the
instrument, its recording status and summary of the
campaign in progress.
The number of recorded values can be greater than
the KISTOCK capacity (specially in a 'Rollover"
recording configuration). Those figures represent
the total number of measured values since the
beginning of the recording but the logger will only
contain the number of values corresponding to its
memory capacity.
KT-20 configuration window

The KT-20 configuration window is similar to the
one available for the other KISTOCK loggers. The
main differences are detailed in the below
section.
The KT-20 does not need several configuration
stages for the device itself, as the KT-20 loggers
are simple temperature recorders, the only 3
configuration stages are necessary :

STEP 1 : Channel configuration
This configuration stage is identical to the
configuration stage of the other Classes of
KISTOCK.
KISTOCK password administration (only available
on KILOG CFR) :
The loggers can be password protected (Max 5
characters)
Passwords can be entered or modified in the
KISTOCK configuration window
(using the "Change password" button).
