MAINTENANCE
BECAUSE THIS PUMP IS EQUIPPED WITH AN AUTOMATIC RESETTING OVERLOAD, IT MUST
ALWAYS BE DISCONNECTED FROM ITS POWER SUPPLY BEFORE HANDLING.
1) Oil check (See Fig.1 - Fig.3)
• The oil should be checked every 1,000 Hrs (or three months) and replaced every 2,000 Hrs (or six
months).
• Change the oil and the shaft seal (an article of consumption) when the oil contains too much water,
i.e. heavily emulsified (milky looking), or the oil housing contains separated water.
• Fill with 0.14 liters (4.4 oz) of Turbine oil #32 (32 cSt/40°C).
BHV401S, BHV751S - 0.15 litres
BTR400S, BTR750S - 0.14 litres
