Problem
"E2" appears on the
digital display.
"E3" appears on the
digital display.
"E7" appears on the
digital display.
"E8" appears on the
digital display.
"E9" appears on the
digital display.
"EE" appears on the
digital display.
Noise
E0, E6 = Overheat Protection
If this appears on the screen, there is no more content in the pan. To remedy, add ingredients or
remove the pan from the cooktop.
U = Cookware Sensor Detection
If this appears on the screen, proper cookware is not detected. To remedy, place correct
cookware on the induction cooktop.
E2 and E3 = Incorrect Voltage Sensor
To remedy, use the correct voltage specified.
E7, E9 = If this message appears, contact your electrician.
E8, EE = If this message appears, contact your electrician.

Possible Cause
The supplied voltage to the
cooktop is too low.
Supplied voltage to cooktop
is too high.
NTC1 Break off.
NTC1 Short circuit.
NTC2 Break off.
NTC2 Short circuit.
Noise like humming,
crackling or buzzing.
Solutions
Check the house power supplied
voltage.
Turn off the unit and remove the plug
from the socket. Wait 30 seconds
before reconnecting the plug. If the
error message remains, call the
service center.
This is normal. Check the cookware
about the sound source.
