Sealing Wire Change

Pull out the main power plug before starting work!

Separate the protruding end so that
- there is no contact with the housing of the vacuum tray
(danger of a short-circuit)
- there is no risk of injury.
Operating Instructions - Translation

Remove sealing bars from the

sealing cylinders .

Remove the Teflon band.

Remove the remains of the
sticker using an appropriate
cleaning agent.
Loose the screws located in the front part of
the sealing bar.
Replace the sealing wire.
Screw tight the new sealing wire on one
-
side.
Thread the other end in.
-
Using a pair of pliers stretch the sealing
-
wire and screw the end tight.
Replace the Teflon strip.
Fit the sealing pad back into the device.

When replacing the cover

seal make sure that the
seal is lying fully in the base
of the groove.

Press the seal firmly into the
base of the groove.

To replace the silicone

rubber remove the old
silicone rubber from out of

the pressure piece
press the new silicone
rubber in tightly.
