Fuel tank replacement
- Reverse the removal procedure
- Make sure that the throttle and clutch
cables are correctly located, as shown
in photo
- Reconnect the fuel supply line.
- Make sure you hear the connector
"click" into place
- Reconnect the fuel pump's wiring har-
ness.
- Replace the 3 screws and refit the seat
Using a flat bladed screwdriver
- Carefully remove the spring
- Carefully remove the dust seal
- Clean thoroughly taking care to not
damage the rubber
- Replace the dust seal
- Replace the spring
