Troubleshooting the FastPack
Important Note
Proper performance of the pipette is critical to obtain accurate test results. If at any time, you note the
pipette plunger sticking, or if plunger operation feels rough, replace with a new pipette.

Action
Eject t he p ipette t ip. S eat a n ew p ipette
tip p roperly. R efer t o t he F astSteps
(proper t echniques f or s ampling).
Discard t he l eaking F astPack
with a n ew u nused F astPack
inserting t he p ipette t ip i nto t he
injection p ort, e nsure t hat t he t ip i s f ully
inserted a ll t he w ay i nto i njection p ort
so t hat i t i s p roperly s eated. A fter
injecting t he f luid a nd e jecting t he
pipette t ip, m ake s ure y ou d o n ot
inadvertently p ull o ut t he t ip. T his w ill
cause t he p ipette t ip a nd/or t he w hite
internal p iston t o b e u nseated a nd
potentially a llow l eakage o f s ample.
