Cut the courgette into slices�
Add 2 tablespoons of water or
a knob of butter� Place them in
the bowl with lid� Cook them
with the lid on in the bowl until
they are al dente�

Cut the aubergine into thin
slices and sprinkle them with
1 tablespoon of lemon juice�
Place them in the bowl with lid�
Cook with the lid on the bowl�
Stir well after cooking�

Cut the onions into rings or half
rings� Add only 1 tablespoon of
cold water� Place them in the
bowl with lid� Cook with the
lid on the bowl� Stir well after
cooking�

Rinse the mixed vegetables and
clean them� Put the vegetables
in the bowl with lid� Add 1
tablespoon (for 0�2 - 0�3 kg) or 3
to 4 tablespoons (for 0�4 - 0�5 kg)
of water� Place the bowl with lid
in the centre of the baking tray�
Stir well after cooking�

Use the bowl with lid (please
note! the water volume of rice
doubles during cooking)� Cook
the rice with the lid on the bowl�
After cooking, drain off the
excess water� Add salt, herbs
and butter, stir the rice and let it
stand for a moment�
