If the compressor or outer section of the air tube is dirty, clean them
with a soft cloth moistened with water or mild detergent.
The compressor is not water-proof.

Reassemble the nebulisation kit. Put it in the storage bag.
B. DISINFECTING THE NEBULISATION COMPONENTS
Always disinfect the drug reservoir, mouth piece and other nebulising components
after the last treatment of the day. To disinfect the components, follow one of the
methods described below:
B.1. Use a commercially available disinfectant. Follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Immerse the components in the cleaning solution for the period indicated.

Remove the components and discard the solution.

Rinse the components thoroughly in hot tap water, remove
the surplus and allow to dry in the air in a clean place.
B. 2. You can boil the components for 15 to 20 minutes. Carefully remove the components
after boiling, remove excess water and allow to dry in the air in a clean place.
C. HANDLING THE SPRAY CAP
The spray cap is an important component for spraying the drug.
Please take the following precautions when handling it.
Wash the spray cap after each use.
•
Do not use the brush, pin, etc. to clean the components.
•
If you disinfect the components in boiling water, make sure you boil them in large vol-
umes of water.
•
Do not boil the spray cap with items other than the accessories corresponding to the
nebulisation system.
•
Do not use the microwave oven, dishwasher drier or hairdryer to dry the device or its
components.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
To keep your device in the best possible condition
and in order not to damage it, proceed as follows:
•
Do not leave the device unsupervised in the presence of young children or individuals
who cannot give their consent.
•
Do not subject the device or its components to violent shocks such as, for example, dropping
the device onto the ground.

Do not carry or withdraw the nebulisation kit when the drug reservoir contains a drug.
•
Do not store the device in a place that is subject to extreme hot or cold temperatures, high
humidity or in direct sunlight.
•
Do not bend or fold the air tube.
•
Dispose of the device and its optional used accessories or components according to the
local laws and regulations.
•
Never use benzene, thinner or flammable chemical product to clean the device.
Always carry the device in its storage bag and store it in the bag if you do not anticipate
using it for a long time.
CHANGING THE AIR FILTER
If the air filter has changed colour or been in regular use for over 60 days, replace it
with a brand new air filter.

Remove the compressor's air filter cover.

Change the air filter.

Put the air filter cover back in situ.
•
Use only air filters supplied with the device, which
are designed specifically for this device. Do not
operate the unit without a filter.
•
The air filters can be inserted in any direction.
•
Check that the air filters are clean and free of dust
before inserting them.
•
Do not attempt to wash or dry the filter. If the
air filter is wet, replace it. Damp air filters may
cause obstructions.
•
To prevent the air filter cover becoming clogged,
wash it regularly. Do not let the air filter cover
boil. Remove the air filter cover, wash it and make
sure it is completely dry and attached correctly.
•
Please contact your LANAFORM reseller to obtain additional air filters or if the components
supplied with the device are damaged or missing.
