8. Handle sticks or falls down; action is not smooth, or only right or left half of
shape is cut.
Replace Pressure Bearings. Replace End Bearings.
9. Plastic Guides loose and Pressure Plate wobbles.
Tighten all screws on sides and top of machine with 1/8" Hex Wrench included
in Tool Kit or replace all four Plastic Guides (Figure E, page 8).
As a general rule, Prestige SpaceSaver will cut anything that scissors will cut.
However, the machine bearings will last longer if the machine is not overloaded.
The number of pieces of material that it will cut depends on the thickness of the
material to be cut and the size and intricacy of the die design. Use only one
sheet of material when cutting with SureCut Crease Rule Dies.
A backing paper should be placed on felt or delicate materials to aid

in cutting. Backing paper will be closest to Cutting Pad when inserted in
machine.
It may be necessary to use fewer sheets of material with a few very

intricate shapes (e.g., Snowflake or Spider).
Use only one sheet of material when cutting with a SureCut CreaseRule Die.

