The fresh food loaded shall be in proper quantity within the Capacity of Refrigerator (refer to
"Technical Data").
Please switch on power-freeze function 24 hours before freezing when you need to store large
quantities of foods.
To earn a larger storage space, you can remove the drawers in the freezer
LED lamp and its replacement
LED lamp: 12V DC 2W
The lamp adopts LED as its light source, featuring low energy consumption and long service
life. If there is any abnormality, please contact the customer service to replace it
Use of variable temperature function
5: It can be used as refrigeration compartment between 0°C and 5°C
0°C: ideal temperature to store meat, fish and cheese (also sliced) and eventually
sushi/sashimi always within the expiring date indicated in the meat/fish/sushi/sashimi box.
-7°C: soft freezing. This is the intermediate temperature to freeze softly some specific food to
prepare to defrosting and cooking.
You can get inside the drawer in Soft freezing function all frozen food you need to defrost
for few time and prepare them to cooking. In this way, the cooking of these food will be
quicker and thermal shock will be reduced. So, food will be healthier with nutritional values
best mantained.
When it is settled at -7, the compartment becomes soft-freezing, which has benefits listed
below:
Unfrozen time: Foods in this environment do not need to be unfrozen manually or by
microwave oven, which lower energy con sumption and bring you an easier life.
Preserve nutrition and freshness
Easy to slice: Foods are easier to be sliced, with a fixed shape before and after the cutting.
You can better cut the frozen bread, but also meat and fish to marinate and prepare them
for a carpaccio.
Energy saving tips
· The appliance should be located in the coolest area of the room, away from heat
producing appliances or heating ducts, and out of the direct sunlight.
· Let hot foods cool to room temperature before placing in the applia nce.
Overloading the spoil.
· Be sure to wrap foods properly, and wipe containers dry before placing them in the
appliance. This cuts down on frost build -up inside the appliance. Appliance storage
bin should not be lined with aluminium foil, wax paper or pap er toweling.
· Liners interfere with cold air circulation, making the appliance less efficient.
· Organize and label food to reduce door openings and extended searches.
Remove as many items as needed at one time, and close the door as soon as
possible.
