Operating instructions Pressurised air grease pump

When the system is not in use turn off the air supply to the pump. Relieve pressure on the high-
pressure hose by operating the lubricating gun.

Set up and operation (mobile)

Remove cover from grease bucket.

Press the grease sequence piston onto the grease in the bucket, until it is visible in the central
opening. The rubber lip must lie evenly against the bucket wall.

Lay the dust protection cover on the bucket with the grease sequence cover and centre with the
wing screws.

Push the pumping station support down until you reach the dust protection cover and secure
with a wing nut.

Push the pumping station through the pumping station support, the dust protection cover and the
grease sequence cover until it reaches the grease container base. Secure pumping station with
wing nut.

Connect high pressure reinforced rubber hose with grease gun to the pumping station.

Check all connections for a firm fit and leaks before starting the system.

Connect air connection to the air pump and ensure that no more than 8 bar of air pressure is
pending at the pump. Once the air supply is established, the pump independently sucks in the
lubricating grease. Keep gun now open, until the lubricating grease comes out. Afterwards
release trigger. The pump will automatically shut off after reaching the maximum operating
pressure and is ready for use.

When the system is not in use turn off the air supply to the pump. Relieve pressure on the high-
pressure hose by operating the lubricating gun.

Maintenance and care:
Maintenance, inspection and repair work must only be performed by qualified personnel.
The air connection is to be removed before any repair or maintenance work, and after each use,
furthermore grease pressure on the delivery hose is to be relieved by pressing the trigger lever
on the grease gun.
Regularly check the pressure-bearing components (high pressure hose) for any damage or
wear. Defective parts must be replaced immediately with genuine parts.
Ordering spare parts:
When ordering spare parts the following information is required:
Type specification, designation of the ET, order number.
Request the appropriate spare parts list if necessary.
The following maintenance periods should be strictly observed to ensure trouble-free operation.
